December 18, 4:00 p.m. Lead Me Back to Bethlehem

Join us on December 18 at 4:00 p.m.for a wonderful afternoon of music, art and dance. This contemporary work from Pepper Choplin will be a highlight of your Christmas season. Local award winning artist, Carol Norton, will be creating artwork during the presentation of the musical. Favorite Christmas photos from church families will be projected during one of the songs. Jefferson City area musicians will form a chamber orchestra to accompany the work.

A free-will offering will be taken to support the ministry of the Samaritan Center. Refreshments will be provided in the fellowship hall after the musical. Child care will be available in our wonderful nursery.

Christmas Eve Worship December 24, 6:00 p.m.

As we see, hear and experience “The Story” did Mary and Joseph, a shepherd, a wiseman “GET WHAT THEY WANTED?” Join us through music, drama, praise, candlelight, and a journey with Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem. Other things we have done this Christmas season

November 27, 6:00 p.m. - Family Tree Trim

The Second Annual Family Tree Trim will take place on Sunday, November 27th at 6 p.m. at the church. Adults will trim the tree in the Worship Center and children will gather in the Fellowship Hall to make ornaments and trim their own tree. After the trees are trimmed we will gather for snacks and Christmas caroling. Please bring some Christmas goodies to share. Hot cider and cocoa will be provided. If anyone would like to assist in putting up the tree we will be decorating for Advent on Friday morning at 10 a.m. November 25th.

December 2, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Living Windows Downtown Jefferson City

This year we will be participating in the Downtown Jefferson City Living Windows Christmas celebration. We will be at the new Spectator's Bar and Grill on High Street, next to Samuel's Tuxedos on the corner of High and Monroe. Our Praise Band will be performing beginning at 6:00 pm. We will also have someone talking to folks who come by asking them what they want for Christmas. We'll use the interviews to create a "man on the street" type video which will be shown at our Christmas Eve service. Come down and support our church! If you can lend a hand contact Kyle Bellinger.
